At Turkstra Modular Builders Inc, (TMB) we manufacture modular buildings in our 22,000 square foot plant in Beamsville Ontario. Our primary business is construction of office buildings ranging in size from 20 square feet to 5000+ square feet. Indoor construction allows all weather, year round production, and standardized manufacturing allows TMB to maintain a complete raw material inventory, thus enabling us to provide a cost-efficient office space solution, with minimum lead-time. We have the people, technology, and product knowledge to design and construct buildings with 60’ clear spans, and the interior options are almost as endless as your imagination. Quality materials, craftsmanship, and features such as central air and designed traffic flow, combine to create a work environment that is both comfortable and durable. Our products can be purchased, rented, or leased.
