TMB offers office trailers in 10 standard sizes.   All of our standard units come with everything to make your office comfortable and durable.  Each trailer has a 32 circuit 100 amp hydro panel, electric heat, florescent lighting, receptacles, and is prepped for air conditioning.  All TMB trailers are inspected and approved by the Ontario Electrical Safety Authority.  Standard window sizes are 32 x 42, and the doors are 34 x 80.  The interior finish includes, 1/8 vinyl floor tile, oak paneled walls, and Modulux ceilings.  The exterior consists of a 060 PVC membrane on the roof, and 30-gauge Mesa steel siding on the exterior walls.

We have manufactured office trailers for several prominent Ontario office trailer rental companies.   We also carry supplementary products for our trailers: demountable partitioning, stairs, landings, decks, ramps, levelling stands, skirting, and office furniture.

Small Office Trailers

8x16, 8x20, 10x20,10x24

Small office trailers are generally considered a single room office.  They are used for small lunch rooms and remote field offices.  An 8x16 provides adequate space for up to 12 seat lunch room, and a 10x20 can accommodate about  person lunch room.

The choice between an 8 foot wide trailer and a 10 foot wide one is decided base on the trade off between relocate ability, space.  A 10 foot wide trailer allows a more convenient layout, but it requires a permit to be driven on Ontario roads.

Medium Office Trailers

10x32, 12x32

Medium size office trailers are large enough to partition off a separate area, providing private office from common area.  Mounting requirements for TMB's demountable partitions are preinstalled at strategic locations in all TMB Medium Sized Office Trailers.   If left wide open, they can be used for larger lunch rooms.  An 10x32 provides adequate space for person lunch room, and a 12x32 for a person lunch room.

10x40,12x40, 12x52, 12x60

Large office trailers are large enough to partition off multiple areas, providing private offices, or multiple common areas.  But if left wide open, they can be used for large lunch rooms.  Mounting requirements for TMB's demountable partitions are preinstalled at strategic locations in these buildings.  

The choice between 10 foot wide and 12 foot wide is generally determine by the job site.  Some sites, such as the side of a road, are limited in width.  Both, widths of trailer are considered "Over Width" by the Ministry of Transportation and require a permit to be driven on Ontario roads.

If you require more space than a 12x60, the 14x74 Jumbo Trailer (designed with the large construction site in mind) is 66% larger than a 12x52, or perhaps you need to is check out our Modular Buildings, which can also be customized to your requirements.

The 8x30 Contractor office trailer was designed so that the small contractor who currently rents office trailers can have one of their own.  This trailer has storage space for tools and work in progress, but can still be moved around with a small truck.

The 14x74 Jumbo office trailer was designed to fill the void for job sites that require more space than a 12x60 office trailer but without the additional costs associated with a multi-trailer complex.
